Depends... many times yes, but some materials are hard to get or sometimes unavailable and in such cases sadly we will not be able to make it again. However, it never hurts to ask.

We try to find the best quality gemstone beads at the lowest cost to create an affordable unique piece of wearable art for you. Most all our materials come from bead shows, gem and jewelry shows and online vendors who deal in quality materials.

All earring wires are made from Argentium Silver, Gold, or Gold Filled wire and are safe to wear. Many people who are allergic to traditional sterling silver are able to wear Argentium Silver. If you experience any problems, you can return the earrings within 30 days for a full refund. Please see our policies for more information about returns.

Argentium Silver is a modern sterling silver alloy which modifies the traditional alloy by replacing some of the copper with the metalloid germanium making it tarnish resistant. Argentium is purer than traditional sterling silver and is low maintenance, easy to care for and simple to clean and is produced using only recycled silver.

Gold filled is a quality alternative to solid gold. It is much more valuable and tarnish resistant. It doesn't flake or rub off or turn colors as gold plating can. Gold filled is an actual layer of 100% gold, pressure bonded to another metal. Gold filled items are regulated by the government (FTC) which require gold filled items to be at least 1/20th by weight of the total product. White Cloud Creations only uses gold filled material that is 1/20 14kt.

Yes! All jewelry comes in a gift box with cotton fill and wrapped with a ribbon and includes a handmade tag with the materials used (prices are not shown on the tag) and the date made. If you'd like your purchase to be shipped directly to the recipient, make a note of it and include the person's name and address during the checkout process. On the "Review your payment" page in PayPal, click the link below the description that says "Add special instructions to merchant" and enter your instructions there.

Yes. If White Cloud Creations determines that any damage is due to flaws in workmanship or materials, your jewelry will be repaired or replaced free of charge. White Cloud Creations does not pay or reimburse for return shipping. Please see our policies for more information about returns.

You can cancel your order if it hasn't shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
